Hello Kitty Cake

I had another chance to pay tribute to the only cat I have ever loved, Hello Kitty! I love this cake for a specific reason, it challenged me to do better.  It wasn’t complicated by any means, butI made it on a Saturday and I spent all Sunday morning at church thinking how I could make it better. I just was not satisfied with how the original turned out. I knew it was cute, but it just wasn’t me.  That may sound crazy to most of you out there, but I have to love it, you know? I take what I do really  seriously, maybe too serious at times, but when your an artist you tend to be more critical of yourself. You want to take a step back when your done, look at it and love it. In the end I SO loved it! A sweet little girl turned three last weekend and celebrated with her very one Hello Kitty party and cake. Happy Birthday!
